I concur with other reviewers that this is a great laptop in terms of build quality, weight, config etc. The pro's about this laptop has already been mentioned in many other reviews and I have nothing more to add to it. Vinay) empathised with me and got it replaced within a week and now I have a laptop which works perfectly well. Here, I would like commend Flipkart for the manner in which they dealt with it. To my horror, Lenovo refused to replace it despite their engineer's report, because the purchase was done online!!! He tried in vain and I decided to ask for a replacement since it was not even a week.

I tried fixing the camera by re-installing the driver and when I failed, got in touch with Lenovo who sent a service engineer to replace the camera after a couple of attempts. A couple of days later, I realized that the camera was not functioning and one of the USB drives was damaged.
